Anime: Vision of Escaflowne
After watching Vision of Escaflowne, I really wanted to make an AMV using it. Finding "This Fire" by Franz Ferdinand just sealed it. The song just seemed made for Dilandau and his penchant for burning things down.
"Burn" focuses mostly on Dilandau, touching on his hatred of Van as well as his tendancies for death and destruction. This was my second AMV, and I wanted it to follow a story this time instead of just being a collection of scenes. This turned out to be a help for me as well, as it meant I had an idea of where I was going with it. I also tried to improve my lip synching with this one. Some parts I feel are worse than others, but overall it's hopefully an improvement.
This video took me rather a long time to finish, not least because I left it completely for a couple of months due to getting stuck for ideas at one part of the AMV. It was a lot of fun to do overall though :) I used Adobe Premiere to edit it.
