Orochimaru

He was not human. He looked like something that merely took the shape of a human...
And it was scary.
I like Orochimaru from Naruto. He's one of those more unsettling characters. I prefer seeing villians that are genuinely creepy sometimes, and, well, Orochimaru is certainly that (he is like a snake himself afterall) :)
